Yoga in the Garden at Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Classical Chinese Garden

Relax, meditate and stretch while being surrounded by the four classic Chinese elements of harmony: rocks, water, plants and architecture. Let the perfect balance of yin and yang restore your energy at the end of your work and/or study day. And, treat yourself to one of the most distinguished Canadian Urban Gardens!

Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Classical Chinese Garden has partnered with certified hatha yoga teach Gabriel Shamash to present “Yoga in the Garden”. The 45-minute sessions will include a wide range of styles and meditation techniques, so come with and open mind and heart. Beginners will find a safe and nurturing environment to start their yoga journey while advanced practitioners can grow and deepen their practice.

Please bring a yoga mat or thick towel to class.
