Spending my ‘Spring Break’ at the Four Seasons Hotel in Downtown Seattle was just the thing to kick start a healthy new season!
Winter has kept me indoors, work has kept me too sedentary. When the rain stops, and those darling buds of Spring are inspiring me, a trip to the Spa at the Four Seasons Hotel in Seattle is a fantastic opportunity to get fit in style! And it was pure enjoyment!
Guests at the Four Seasons Hotel Seattle have access to a 24-hour full ‘fitness center’ gym with treadmills, rowing machines, and free weights.
The natural lighted fitness center also has complimentary gatorade, infused waters, fresh fruit, newspapers, and cold towels.
Hotel guests can also freely use the Spa’s Sauna, (the ladies only Steam Room with eucalyptus steam), showers and changing rooms, the Spa’s Relaxation Lounge, and complimentary infused waters and cold towels.
One of the most beautiful amenties at the Four Seasons Hotel Seattle is the outdoor Infinity Pool with sweeping views of Seattle’s Elliot Bay.
There is a full-service Spa. (Complimentary parking is offered with spa treatments.) While I was there, having perhaps over eager-ed my rowing muscles, with the advice of the therapists, found a muscle gel called ‘Arnica Muscle Gel’ by Naturopatica which has the most amazing aroma, and sure does the business on sore muscles. I had to take that home with me, as I might be needing more of it!
If it’s a cool evening, you can sit at the pool and warm up by the open fire, watch the sunset and order refreshments
It rained a bit during my long weekend in Seattle. The nice thing about staying at the Four Seasons Hotel Seattle when it rains, there’s so much fun to be had at the hotel.
Rejuvenating with a Luxury Spa Stay at Four Seasons Hotel in Downtown Seattle. I left feeling rejuvenated!
